JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Media Center Operations Technician is a highly technical role that supports many aspects of the Bellisario College Media Center, including maintaining equipment and supporting the technical infrastructure for broadcast systems and associated software and hardware. The role will also provide front-line technical support for broadcast technology, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to Media Center operations and scheduled activities. Systems supported include Production Automation (Ross Overdrive), Broadcast Graphics (Ross XPression), Video Servers (Ross Tria), Video Switchers and Routers (Ross Carbonite and Ultrix), Workflow Orchestration (Ross Streamline and Telestream Vantage), Newsroom Computer Systems (Ross Inception), cameras, and studio lighting control. This is a part-time role. Hours were vary depending on needs of the College.
