MultiSite & MultiMarket Leadership | 50-75% Regional Travel

Region: Texas-Louisiana region, covering Gulf Coast, South Texas, and West Texas markets

Overview:

We're hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multimarket network of dialysis clinics across the Texas-Louisiana region, covering Gulf Coast Texas, South Texas, West Texas, and Southeast Louisiana markets. This role is accountable for operational performance, regulatory readiness, team development, physician partnership, and strategic growth across a diverse mix of in-center and home dialysis programs.

The RVP serves as the senior operational leader for the region, reporting to the Group VP and partnering closely with executive leadership, clinical leadership, and Medical Directors. This is a field-based role requiring a highly visible, engaged leader. To effectively support our clinical teams and drive operational outcomes, the routine expectation of this position involves regular regional travel to be physically present and working on-site within our clinics 3 to 4 days each week, including overnight stays.

What you'll do:

  • Support Clinic Managers and Program Directors across 10+ dialysis centers (both in-center and home programs)
  • Build strong, sustainable partnerships with nephrologists, hospitals, and referral sources to drive clinic growth
  • Meet regularly with Medical Directors to ensure we're aligned clinically and operationally
  • Own the financial performance and quality metrics of your region - create budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead with purpose: recruit, coach, and develop leaders, foster team engagement, and build a performance-driven culture.
  • Ensure all clinics remain survey-ready and compliant with state, federal, and CMS regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of multi-site healthcare leadership experience; dialysis experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and regulatory guidelines
  • Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated success in budget management, financial analysis, and performance improvement
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
