Education & Experience Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Bachelor's preferred AND -OR- High School Diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years experience in coordinating training and learning Salary Range: $26.51/hour - $43.76/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
