About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Manager to join the management-led SOX 360 Program Office. This role owns portfolio visibility and delivery consistency for SOX360, serving as the connective layer between leadership and program execution while sustaining a consistent operating rhythm across the pillars. The ideal candidate combines strong program management instincts with the judgment to translate program-level detail into exec-ready insight, partnering closely with the Senior Director to meet evolving executive reporting needs.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Own a consistent cadence for portfolio reporting, scorecards, and steer-co prep, so leadership always has current, trustworthy visibility into program health

  • Partner with SOX 360 leadership to define executive reporting requirements, then design and maintain the reporting process, metrics, and cadence used to brief the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on the full SOX360 portfolio in monthly and/or quarterly updates

  • Surface portfolio-wide themes, risks, and trends across pillars, translating raw status into executive ready narratives and highlighting what needs leadership attention

  • Establish repeatable rhythms and deliverable standards across pillars, driving consistency in how each process area reports status and progress

  • Build and maintain a heat map / tracking mechanism to surface process-area impacts and cross-project dependencies before they become blockers

  • Act as the primary liaison between SOX360 and business stakeholders at the portfolio level to ensure alignment; provide connective tissue between portfolio governance and day-to-day execution

  • As needed, bring hands-on engagement to programs that need extra support

You're Our Person If...
  • 8+ years of related audit, accounting, or program/project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Prior experience with SOX programs or large-scale governance/reporting operations

  • Strong project management and program governance skills, with demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with business leaders and teams across the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex program data into clear, executive-level communications

Even Better If...
  • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or executive audiences (steer-co decks, scorecards, briefing docs)

  • Six Sigma and/or process improvement experience a plus

  • Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment and consistently meet stringent deadlines

  • Demonstrates enterprise-wide thinking and applies systems thinking to cross-pillar issues

  • A willingness to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement through change

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
