Material Handler Specialist - Inbound-Outbound Location: Ellabell, GA, USA - 1338 Interstate Center - Building A Available shifts: Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Note - Shift subject to change based on the needs of the business. OT may be required and is mandatory if required. This position start time may fluctuate and flexibility is required. ***Walk in interviews -Monday to Friday from 10am-2pm. Overview The Inbound Specialist is responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, returns, and inventory control. This role ensures efficient and accurate processing of inbound goods and supports cross-training in outbound functions based on volume and operational needs. The Outbound Specialist supports the daily execution and continuous improvement of outbound processes including picking, packing, shipping, and dock operations. This role ensures timely, accurate order fulfillment and serves as a lead trainer for outbound associates, with cross-training in inbound functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Inbound: *Discrepancy (work with purchasing for any additional research) *Put-away and Replenishments (audit & research) Outbound: Minimum Qualifications
