The Job As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the Talent Acquisition Operations team you will partner closely with the business and cross functional partners to identify, evaluate and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and market insights to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively will be key to driving our talent acquisition efforts and fostering a culture of excellence. You Will Develops recruitment strategies that enables the identification, evaluation and hiring of top talent Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals. Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications 3+ years of related experience Performs work under general supervision Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group Performs work under general supervision.
