Job Overview The Manager, MDM Data and Operational Enablement is responsible for managing people, setting operational direction, and ensuring performance outcomes rather than performing routine data processing tasks. This role leads day-to-day MDM operations, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and continuous performance improvement. Duties & Responsibilities Operational strategy, capacity planning, and SLA ownership Leadership, performance management, and workforce oversight Escalation management and cross functional issue resolution Operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement Risk management and compliance oversight Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 3+ years of experience in Master Data, Business Operations, or Supply Chain 3+ years in leadership or people management Operations management KPI tracking and reporting Leadership and coaching Issue resolution Process optimization Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Data & Analytics Work Environment Office Environment Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
