We're a fast-growing food manufacturer with a strong track record of innovation and success in the retail and club channel. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales Manager to help grow our club channel business and key retail partnerships.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile accounts, work directly with executive leadership, and play a key role in shaping our growth strategy.

**While this role is remote-based, you must be located in NY or NJ and willing to travel within the NY/NJ market.

What You'll Do



  • Manage and grow relationships with club channel leaders, brokers, distributors, and strategic retail partners
  • Lead customer programs, product launches, promotions, and business initiatives from concept to execution
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales, market share, and account performance
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing teams to bring new products to market and enhance existing offerings
  • Analyze sales trends, customer data, and market insights to drive business decisions and customer growth
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, warehouse openings, and industry events
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives



What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of food industry sales experience with a proven record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing brokers and retail accounts
  • Costco, club channel, or national retail account experience strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
