As a Digital Collections Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounts receivable processes, resolving customer billing issues, and driving cash flow success for a company renowned for its expansive library of entertainment and live sports content. Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the online entertainment industry
• Familiarity with Oracle systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant accounting or finance background
• Experience handling digital or large-scale collections portfolios
