Job Summary

The Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business needs and technological solutions, supporting both Equipment Services and CCC operations. This role systematically assesses business performance, identifies operational challenges, and formulates strategies for process and system enhancements. The analyst leads the coordination of enhancement deployments and incident resolution across multiple applications and platforms, ensuring seamless and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include comprehensive data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and the facilitation of effective communication between business units and technical teams. The analyst also generates reports for senior leadership, oversees the long-term impact of implemented improvements, and supports change management, training, and deployment plans across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders using interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • Lead coordination of enhancement deployments and incident resolution across multiple platforms (e.g., ICEP Contact Center, ICEP FSL, myCoke, Coke Service, World App).
  • Organize and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment efforts, and post-deployment performance.
  • Analyze large datasets with tools like SQL and Excel to identify patterns, assess performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Design dashboards, reports, and routines to keep the business informed of operational metrics, UAT status, deployment plans, and success metrics. Automate dashboard and report refreshes to ensure timely and accurate data is always available.
  • Recommend revisions or enhancements to systems, tools, or reports to support business needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and open incidents for trends, insights, and opportunities to accelerate business value.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and capacity.

  • Assist in implementing new processes, systems, or strategies that support organizational growth.
  • Consult with IT, data specialists, and business leaders to obtain data and resources for deployment efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on specifications, customer requirements, and deployment plans to ensure successful enhancements.
  • Support change management, training, and deployment plans across the business.
  • Collaborate with CCC and bottler leaders to understand and influence business strategies based on data, user, and customer feedback.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively identify data, process, and technology improvements that reduce time and complexity and/or improve quality and accuracy.

Education Requirements

Minimum - High School or GED with 5-7 years of work experience in analytical, finance, or operational field


Preferred - 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

Required Travel

Willingness and ability to travel as required based on business need. Less than 5% of travel

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
