What to Expect You willlead on-sitedue diligenceand Property ConditionAssessmentsofexistingcommercialbuildingswith a focus on HVAC and power distribution, allacrossNorth America.The FieldEngineerwillproduceclear technical reports that define Tenant Improvement scope, risks, and order-of-magnitude cost drivers for all the projects within the Infrastructure Development team.This position requires an experienced andcompetentindividual witha highlevel of ownershipand travel up to 75%.
