This role leads efforts to attract, coordinate, and deliver high-quality care experiences for patients traveling to Mercy for specialized services, ensuring exceptional outcomes, seamless navigation, and strong financial performance. Position Details: Primarily located at Mercy Smith Glynn Callaway clinic SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI FULL TIME ONSITE Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related fieldExperience: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or patient access/navigationPreferred Qualifications:Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related fieldExperience: 5+ years of experience in program development, service line growth, or destination medicine/concierge care modelsCertification(s): PMP, Lean/Six Sigma or related certificationSkills, Knowledge, Abilities* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen* Exceptional organizational and project management skills* Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)* Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking* Customer service mindset with focus on patient experience* Financial acumen, including budgeting and ROI analysis* Ability to navigate and influence across matrixed healthcare environments* Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilitiesPhysical RequirementsPosition requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basisPosition requires prolonged standing and walking during each shiftPosition requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Why Mercy?
