Job description

NEED TO BE BASED IN NORTH EAST

30 MIN OR SO FROM TRAIN STATION IDEALLY

ROLE IS REMOTE BUT TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR TRAINING (OVERNIGHTS)

MOBILE DEVICE EXP NEEDED

KRONOS OR MAXIMO A HUGE PLUS

Travel to field locations to support training sessions
Facilitate training classes onsite and virtual
Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, access, environment setup)

Mobile Device Support

Analyze mobile device management settings and process
Provide suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing current operations to scale

Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives (especially multi-site)
Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
Experience agile and reporting tools using Figma, Confluence, Jira, Tableau

Certifications: SAFe, Prosci, Kotter
Preferred: Training experience with UKG Time & Attendance Sytem and/or Maximo(Asset Management System)
