This Financial Systems & Processes Analyst role is primarily focused on supporting Workday Financials and serves as the key day-to-day liaison between Accounting, Finance, IT, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure seamless financial processes, reporting, and system functionality. The position involves supporting end users across core accounting functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Treasury, while troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and translating business needs into system and reporting enhancements. As a highly visible role, it requires strong communication skills along with solid experience in accounting, financial analysis, Workday Financials, and Excel. Key responsibilities include providing daily support for Workday Financials by addressing reporting and process issues, partnering with Accounting and Finance teams to enhance workflows, supporting Workday release cycles through testing in the test tenant, coordinating with IT and HRIS on integrations, security, and system updates, assisting with reporting and dashboard development to ensure data accuracy, and documenting processes while supporting end-user training. This is an intermediate-level role requiring a blend of finance expertise, analytical skills, and system knowledge. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.
