SUMMARY The Process Improvement Healthcare Engineer will advance patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across Johns Hopkins Medicine. Using systems engineering methodologies-including Lean, Six Sigma, predictive modeling, and simulation-the role will partner with clinical and operational subject matter experts to identify trends, analyze root causes, and uncover opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness. This position will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and implementation plans that support improved patient outcomes and organizational performance. Education & Work Experience:
