What You'll Do: Manage Relationships: Handle both internal and external account relationships with finesse. Develop Staff: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff, providing educational opportunities, and conducting performance appraisals. Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures. Resolve Issues: Work directly with in-person and remote team members to meet expectations and resolve service issues. Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field of auction operations, vehicle inspections or vehicle cosmetic repairs; or BA/BS and 3 years' experience; or MS and 1 year experience; or Ph D and up to 1 year experience. Proven change leader Servant leader with proven ability to develop high performing teams Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments. Demonstrated track record of assessing, developing, and empowering talent Demonstrated track record of business analytics insights and cost management. USD 73,400.00 - 110,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $73,400.00 - $110,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
