Job Summary:

* Requires involvement in writing Procedures, Work instructions or other process related documents as needed.

* Documents and maintains a variety of quality records related to evaluation, testing, and inspection processes for the Service Repair Center (SRC).

* Uses knowledge of regulatory requirements to assess, document and make recommendations for the improvement of quality.

* Verifies completion of repaired items including all final documentation and completeness of the document packages, writes Engineering Action Reports and Certificate of Conformance when required.

* Documents and maintains calibration records, customer setup files and monitors/documents lab and warehouse temperature/humidity readings for the SRC.

* Performs a variety of electronic and mechanical tests on units received for warranty investigation.

Required skills/knowledge:

* Knowledge of inspection methods. Ability to multi-task and interface with departments.

* Ability to lift 40 pounds.

* Ability to use a variety of hand tools and operates testing and measuring equipment.

* Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

* Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
