Pay Level: 2B / S50 Summary: The Customer Sales Executive (CSE) is responsible for profitably growing Hershey's business at WinCo and Super Store Industries (SSI) through execution of strategic Joint Business Plans. The CSE will work closely with their category management partner to deliver key metrics including net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin across key segments of Hershey's business. Responsibilities include business planning & analysis, creating valued business partnerships with customer contacts and Hershey internal business partners, and achieving mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation and understanding of the customer's business. Leveraging data (both retailers are IRI reporting customers) and advancing the Joint Business planning process with each customer will be crucial to deliver near term and longer-term growth. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required Experience: Minimum 5-7 years relevant sales experience to include headquarter account responsibilitywith a preference for cross functional experiences in category management or sales strategy and planning.
