Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance and repair of trucks used for construction including: dump trucks, Ready-Mix trucks, lowboy's, straight trucks, trailers, etc
- Brakes, suspension, hydraulics, electrical, HVAC systems, body/chassis, engine, and powertrain repairs
- Shop or field environment
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and paperwork
- Ability to use diagnostic software
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties assigned
Hours: 8:30PM-5:00AM Monday to Friday, hours and days flexible Wage Range - $26.91 - $44.90 Plus night shift differential ($3) Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical experience on class 8 trucks and mixer trucks. Some construction equipment repair experience preferred.
- Must have own hand tools. Company provides large and specialty tooling
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional and drug screen
- Display a professional, safe, and courteous attitude
