Work Authorization: Your Responsibilities: * Review and validate customer and sales order specifications for accuracy and completeness * Collaborate with site leadership to coordinate production schedules and meet project timelines * Track and monitor project performance, ensuring timely updates and reporting * Communicate effectively with internal teams via email and phone to ensure smooth order processing * Identify and resolve order discrepancies in partnership with sales and customer service teams * Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data provided to manufacturing * Perform data entry and system updates in platforms including TecSys WMS, Star, Tops, and local ERP systems * Generate and distribute production work orders to the manufacturing floor * Partner closely with operations, outbound logistics, and shipping teams * Maintain organized documentation and records related to production projects * Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime may be required, including occasional weekends) You Must Have: * Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and act on work orders and numerical data * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Requirements Within This Position: * Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods * Frequent mobility throughout the facility * Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds as needed We Would Also Prefer: About Taylor Corporation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXOC8HM-NM One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
