We're looking for an experienced Recruiting Business Partner to join our team - someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds trust quickly with hiring managers, and knows how to deliver results across multiple clients at once. The Role As a Recruiting Business Partner, you'll work directly with MRA member organizations across a variety of industries, serving as a consultative partner throughout the full recruiting cycle. You won't just fill jobs - you'll help members define what they're looking for, develop smart sourcing strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor along the way. Because this is an on-demand role, your workload will shift based on active member assignments. The ability to pick up new projects quickly, manage several at once, and pivot when priorities change is essential. Please note: This is an on-demand role with no guaranteed hours. Assignments are project-based and vary in scope and duration - making it an ideal fit for an experienced recruiter who values flexibility over a predictable schedule. What You'll Do
