Account Representative / Appointment Setter Pay: $19/hr + Uncapped Bonuses (Up to $60K+) Location: Hybrid (In-office weekdays, remote on weekends) Overview We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers, qualify their needs, and schedule in-home product demonstrations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer appointments * Qualify leads by identifying needs and confirming appointment readiness * Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone * Address objections and confidently secure appointments * Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 1+ year of sales, collections, or call center experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a goal-oriented, metrics-driven environment * Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems * Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work Schedule & Training * Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM * One weekend day required (remote) * Two weeks of paid, in-office training (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Compensation & Benefits * Weekly pay * Uncapped bonuses (eligible from day one) * Paid training and paid time off * Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits * Gym membership reimbursement Growth Opportunities High-performing employees may transition into permanent roles and advance into operations, scheduling optimization, or support teams within their first year. Upon permanent hire, compensation transitions to a base rate plus commission (average earnings exceed $22/hour).
