The Assistant Director will develop and implement a plan for a leadership annual giving program in addition to the Hospital's employee and medical staff annual giving campaigns. In this role the Assistant Director will develop donor communication and solicitation pieces, write stewardship reports, proposals, and other correspondence to prospects and donors as required for major gift and planned giving cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities, participate in research and development of proposals, identify and cultivate new annual fund prospects for the Hospital to provide the maximum gift.

3 yrs or more direct experience in fundraising, with demonstrated success in annual giving or communications, preferably with a health care organization.

Bachelor's Degree required
