The Compensation and Benefits Manager fills a key role in managing compensation and benefits programs designed to attract top talent and retain valued employees. The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for administering compensation and benefits operations, including recommending policy and practice improvements in compliance with organizational objectives and government regulations. In addition, the Compensation and Benefits Manager develops tools to assist employees in the selection of benefits, and guide managers regarding compensation decisions. This position is responsible for compensation benchmarking and analysis, merit and performance review process, benefits programs and enrollment, leave administration, policy renewals, total rewards, and employee wellness initiatives. This is a full-time role based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday business hours. Essential Job Duties:
Summit's hiring range for this position is $110,243 to $137,804 annually. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. In addition to our base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that aligns with our vision of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity. Summit Orthopedics provides the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota and Western Wisconsin with the full spectrum of orthopedic care including sub-specialty clinics, walk-in care at our Orthopedic Urgent Care clinics, imaging, bracing, therapy, surgery, and post-surgical stays at our Care Suites.
