About the Role Reporting to the Director of Budget & Planning, the Financial Analyst supports financial planning and decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis. The role works closely with academic and administrative departments to monitor performance, control costs, and ensure compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems. A core responsibility is managing position control (roster tracking) to align staffing plans with budgets and support informed resource decisions. The Financial Analyst also provides Workday support and training and contributes to the institution's long-term financial sustainability. Responsibilities Budget Development & Management

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
