Sr Data Analytics Engineer (Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI)

Data and Analytics Engineer Needed.
Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI.
Contract to hire.
40 hours per week M-F standard CST.
Looking to start in June or July.

Experience Needed:

• Recently a Data / Analytics Engineer.
• Snowflake, Power BI and DBT.
• Architecture experience.
• This role is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape the direction of data and analytics initiatives while remaining actively involved in architecture, modeling, development, deployment, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable business insights.
• Design and implement Snowflake databases, schemas, and data products.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support dbt models, transformation frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Develop scalable ELT solutions utilizing Snowflake and modern data integration tools.
• Design and architect scalable analytics solutions leveraging Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI.
