The Senior Analyst, Clinical Programs, will collaborate on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients in alignment with enterprise strategy. In this role, you are expected to effectively manage individual analytical work streams from start to completion. You will act as a thought partner and internal consultant, collaborating cross-functionally to translate data into actionable recommendations that empower leadership to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Applies strong project management skills to organize and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams within VillageHealth and across DaVita, establishing timelines and tracking progress against strategic goals
  • Contributes to high-impact special projects by structuring the analytical approach, managing the data process, and driving the necessary analytical rigor to ensure successful outcomes
  • Leverages robust analytical capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) to interpret clinical, financial, and operational data; evaluates business impact and provides data-driven recommendations
  • Develops compelling narratives and presentations that distill complex analytical findings into a cohesive story, summarizing insights to enable data-driven decision-making for diverse audiences
  • Solves ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches. This may include recommending new system functionality, process updates, or work prioritization
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or healthcare is required
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products (PPT, Excel, Word) required
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year.
