The role - what you'll do
Barr is seeking an enterprise systems manager to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring core platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs and partner closely with business leaders, IS teams, vendors, and external partners to improve system performance, drive process efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of people leadership, systems management, and project delivery that enables them to effectively oversee the daily operation of enterprise applications while also helping shape the long-term roadmap for systems, integrations, controls, and governance. They approach their work with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across teams to drive effective outcomes. They are also analytical, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Your impact - key responsibilities

Anticipated range of $115,000-$133,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
