UI/UX Product Designer As a UI/UX Product Designer, you'll help elevate the user experience and interface design of technology products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product owners, developers, analysts, QA testers, and stakeholders-to create intuitive, visually compelling designs that align with user needs, business goals, and internal design standards. If you're a creative, user-focused problem solver who thrives in an agile environment, this role is built for you. Required Skills: 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a technology product environment Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work effectively in an agile technology team and take ownership of design tasks Experience conducting user research(e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus(not required-see Nice to Have) Experience designing user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, responsive, and accessible Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries Familiarity with advanced usability improvement through analyzing usability test results and iterating quickly Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of related professional experience Associate degree and 6 years of related professional experience High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related professional experience If you're ready to drive meaningful improvements to digital user experiences-through research, thoughtful design, and collaboration- apply now and put your UI/UX expertise to work.
