As a Banquet Food Server, you will be integral to our success, providing outstanding guest service by delivering food and beverages with a smile. We value friendly, courteous, and professional interactions, ensuring our guests leave with unforgettable memories.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
  • Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience
  • Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
  • After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event
  • Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities


Compensation: $16.90/hour + gratuity

Physical Demands:



  • Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75lbs
  • Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment
  • Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas


Qualifications:

Education:





    • High school diploma or its equivalent





Experience:





    • Minimum of 1 year Banquet server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
    • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
    • Food handlers certification required
