CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Construction to join our PMCM Team in Boston, MA. In this role, you'll work alongside project managers and technical teams to coordinate project activities, support day-to-day execution, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully for our clients and communities.

Assist in preparing proposals, developing scope, schedules, and budgets alongside technical and market teams
• Address client needs and resolve project issues with professionalism and care
• Support the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion, tracking deliverables and reporting progress
• Create project timelines and schedules with minimal supervision
• Facilitate communication between office and field staff, ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Support compliance with specifications and project schedule and budget requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management or related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
• No prior experience required, however, prior internship(s) and/or applicable coursework preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment
• Motivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation

• Contribute to projects that shape communities and deliver meaningful results from planning through completion
• Partner with experienced PMCM professionals who are invested in your development and provide opportunities to grow your project management skills
• Work in a fast-moving environment with exposure to diverse project types and continuous learning experiences

$85,000 - $95,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
