What You'll Do



  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
  • Set up and configure computers, devices, and IT equipment for new and existing users
  • Install and maintain software, printers, network components, and other technology
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal operation
  • Act as a key point of contact between end users and corporate IT support
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and user accounts
  • Support and enforce system security standards across all devices and users
  • Train employees on new systems, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with IT partners to implement solutions that improve efficiency and business operations


What You Bring



  • Foundational knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN environments, TCP/IP protocols, and network switching/VLANs
  • Experience (or exposure) to Windows environments, servers, and workstation support
  • Familiarity with technologies such as thin clients, mobile devices, or manufacturing systems is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus
