We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Lead Management and Sales Pipeline Operations function. This critical role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end lead lifecycle - from capture and qualification to routing, nurturing, and conversion into a high-quality sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be highly process-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline predictability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pipeline Performance & Reporting
Lead Qualification, Routing & Distribution
Sales Workflow Optimization & Enablement
Event & Campaign Lead Operationalization
Data Enrichment, Insights & Process Improvement
Qualifications:
Salary Range
$130,000 - $160,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
