Hybrid-Remote | Full-Time | Mission-Driven Work Serving Eau Claire, Dunn, Polk, Barron, Chippewa & Burnett Counties Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking passionate, committed Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team. If you're energized by meaningful, relationship-based work and want to help families heal, stabilize, and stay together, this role offers the impact, support, and flexibility you're looking for. Our FCT team provides weekly individual and group supervision as part of our evidence-based model-ensuring you're supported, growing, and never working alone. What is Family Centered Treatment? Family Centered Treatment is a fully implemented, home-based, trauma-informed model designed to stabilize or reunify families. We help families identify practical solutions, strengthen relationships, and break cycles of intergenerational trauma.
