POSITION OVERVIEW The Area Director of Life Enrichment will conduct and lead all the daily duties at their home campus but will also help to support other campus(s), in the areas of Life Enrichment and Memory Care. The Area LED will direct the overall operation of the Life Enrichment Department in accordance with federal, state and company standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensures that quality engagement services are provided daily and that the Life Enrichment department and Legacy are operating according to the Trilogy standards and resident preferences are being met.
