Summary of Job Description: The temporary Risk Associate position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management within the fast-casual restaurant industry while providing support to a national privately-held company with over 50,000 associates. This position will handle special projects as assigned, which may include data mining, creating PowerPoint slides for presentations, researching new safety tools or methods, desk-level investigations, and supporting our Operations team and guests. The coordinator will support the Risk team in areas of workers' compensation, auto, property, and liability claims, assist with Operations' inquiries, and gain exposure to various aspects of the Risk/Legal field.This position will also provide administrative support in the risk management area which should be less than 25% of Associate's time.The Associate will have the opportunity to directly experience Panda's corporate culture.
