Valiant is looking for a Role Play Operations Clerk Work Group Leader to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing Operations Clerks in all actions concerning field and training operations assignments, reports, products, rehearsals, certifications, and execution of JRTC rotations under the general direction from the Operations Coordinator. Assist in a variety of administrative matters. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to communicate professionally and effectively while using the phone and portable radio system. Able to take accurate and effective notes for dissemination. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Uses a thorough knowledge of an office's work and routine to choose among a widely varying methods and procedures to process complex task. Independently select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments. Ability to maintain a professional manner of tact and diplomacy in a casual but professional work environment. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Must be able to grasp other software applications and train others in those applications use. Other duties as assigned. CLEARANCE REQUREMENT: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Active Secret preferred. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of general office experience. General clerical skills with the ability to type 30+ WPM. Must be able to produce quality documents using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Power Point and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Organizational skills to balance work and prioritize tasks. Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Must be available to work irregular hours and weekends on a routine and consistent basis. Must possess a valid state driver's license. Individual must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years in an administrative position. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical condition must permit the following: Work outdoors in all local climatic conditions. Lift up to 25 pounds. Walk 500 meters over uneven terrain without assistance.
