At Ecolab, we're committed to sustainability, innovation, and driving positive impact globally. As Director of Plan in Corporate Planning & Analysis, you will drive financial strategy and long-term planning to meet our performance goals. What You Will Do:
- Oversee, develop, and mentor a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier finance professionals.
- Provide executive-level operational and thought leadership as an integral part of the CP&A leadership team.
- Lead the annual Plan across divisions, regions and functions, including:
- Presenting recommendations to leadership on target setting for business units
- Coordinating with finance leaders across the globe to drive a financial plan that achieve enterprise objectives
- Supporting executives in allocation of funding for strategic investments, optimally positioning Ecolab for future growth
- Provide advice to the CEO, CFO, COO, and other key leaders on strategic planning and other related financial topics.
- Maintain a laser focus on delivering near and long-term financial performance objectives across profit and loss (P&L) lines.
- Ensure consistent application of financial planning principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Drive process improvements and lead ad hoc projects to enhance financial planning efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- 13 years of professional experience, preferably in finance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Proven track record of handling high-impact, ambiguous, and complex financial initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and financial systems (EPM).
- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and unwavering integrity.
- Effective project management skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $159,300.00 - $238,900.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
