Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) / Physician Assistant - Level III NICU

MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our experienced Neonatology team in Baltimore, Maryland.

This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborativeLevel III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) alongside 4 board-certified Neonatologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. Our NICU cares for approximately 300 admissions annually and has provided exceptional neonatal care to the Baltimore community for more than 25 years. Position Highlights

• Practice in a well-established Level III NICU
• Join a collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists and 5 APPs
• Approximately 300 NICU admissions annually
• Participation in the Vermont Oxford Network
• State-of-the-art technology and evidence-based neonatal care
• Family-centered, multidisciplinary practice environment
• Full-time schedule consisting of 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)
• Combination of day and night shifts with an equitable holiday rotation
• Part-time opportunities may also be available

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) program or an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program with completion of a Neonatology Fellowship
• Current NNP or PA certification, as applicable
• Eligible for Maryland licensure and credentialing
• Experienced providers are preferred; qualified new graduates are welcome to apply
