Warehouse Forklift Operator (Reach Truck / All-Terrain)

Join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator and bring your reach truck, all-terrain forklift, and Gradall experience to a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for a safety-focused professional who understands construction site protocols and can confidently support operations both in the warehouse and in the field.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supports both warehouse and field operations by safely operating reach trucks, all-terrain forklifts, and Gradall equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for active construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining safe material flow, supporting jobsite logistics, and helping keep warehouse and field operations organized, productive, and on schedule.

  Safely operate reach trucks, all-terrain forklifts, and Gradall equipment in warehouse and field environments.

  Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials, tools, and equipment in designated areas.

  Receive incoming shipments, verify materials, and maintain organized storage areas according to warehouse standards.

  Pull and prepare materials for field crews and transport materials to active work areas as needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Support warehouse and jobsite logistics to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed.

  Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain required safety checklists before operating equipment.

  Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas in the warehouse, yard, and field.

  
  
• 
  

  Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and construction site protocols at all times.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with inventory control, stock organization, and handling of returned or unused materials.

  Work closely with warehouse, project, and field teams to support production goals and project schedules.

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Gradall and Reach forklift
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Must have Osha10
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English due to safety.
