FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: M-F Position Summary The Director of Nutrition Services and Retail Operations is responsible for system wide direction, development, implementation and evaluation of Nutrition Services and Retail Operations program(s). The Director establishes, directs and monitors strategic initiatives to ensure the Nutrition Services program is operational and continually improving; ensures interdependent business units are cost-effective, competitive and relevant to their market(s); provides subject matter expertise on Nutrition Services; establishes strategies, key metrics, customer service excellence standards, and service level agreements; monitors program performance and performance improvement activities; ensures continual survey and regulatory readiness/compliance; assures a highly reliable and safe Nutrition Services program is planned and maintained; creates and establishes policies and standard operating procedures/protocols in accordance with national, state, local, and Joint Commission requirements; and provides program leadership oversight to embedded Nutrition Services leaders in highly matrixed teams across the MultiCare System.Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here. | |
