Senior Specialist, Commodity Management

THE ROLE

Entegris is growing and looking for adynamicCommodity Manager, DirectGlobalCommodity Managementto join ourPackaging and MembranesTeam.If you are someone who thrives in managing commodities to enable continuity of supply and commercial optimization, developing and executing commodity strategies, building and managing supplier's relationship among other Key Performance Indices in the dynamic semiconductor market, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team.

This position can be based in either our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drivesourcingactions anddecisions in thePackagingand Membranescategory that willleadtorobustsupplier choicesenabling supply continuity, quality management inparticular.

• Own and lead cost saving efforts, commercial / contract negotiationsand be the key contact for and to thesuppliers.

• Manageand drivekey Supplier Management Programs such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews building relationships and driving key actions to achievegoals.

• Develop andexecuteCommodity Strategies with alignment from Key Stakeholders.

• Participateand supportin New Product Introduction programs toensure successfulproductlaunch and enable Entegris businessgrowth.

• Competency in positioning team to implement a supply base that can fully support the successful launch of newproducts.

• Identification and implementation of new supplier management elements to enhance the GlobalSupply Chainorganization

• The capacity to leverage key suppliers to support Entegris growth and profitabilitygoals.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in engineering, supply chain or related;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commodity management, with experience with Packaging

• The ability to understand total cost models;

• A leader with a strong technical background inPackaging segmentwith the ability to effectively motivate teams to achieve collective success;

• An astute capability to recognize the needs and motivations of individuals, and the capability to develop and nurture a wide array of internal and external relationships;

• The capability to quickly understand complex engagements, identify creative business solutions, and drive successful interactions with outside partners;

• A dedicated technology inclination for learning, collaborating, and continuousimprovement;

• Demonstrated negotiating skills, effective communication capabilities, and the ability todrivesuppliers to efficiently support the long term, profitable growth of Entegris;

• Strongtechnical and businessfundamentals, with the ability to apply his/her knowledge to current and emerging semiconductor manufacturing needs.

• Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
