This is a part time weekend position. Fridays 7am - 5pm; Saturday and Sunday 7am - 2:30pm and/or 2:30pm - 9pm JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist will answerthetelephone,screenand direct calls; greet visitors, provide information to callers; monitor visitor access andmaintainsecurity awareness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions Routes Needs Assessment and Referral calls to appropriate staff promptly.
