With a strong focus on clinical expertise and technical proficiency, you'll ensure staff are well-prepared, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional care, all while contributing to broader organizational goals. Position Details:

Minimum Required

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 years of clinical experience; OR

    • Associate degree in Nursing with 10 years hospital nursing experience, or

    • Associate degree with 5 years hospital nursing experience if actively enrolled in an RNBSN program.

  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in the applicable state.

  • Certifications: AHA BLS.

  • Demonstrated clinical expertise with credibility to influence nursing practice.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with audiovisual equipment is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of patientcare equipment and relevant technology.

Preferred

  • Specialty certification (or progress toward one).

  • 2 years of teaching experience.

  • Additional lifesupport certifications as applicable (ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC).
