Description Lead Bartender Horseshoe Bay Resort Horseshoe Bay Resort is a premier destination located on Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country, offering luxury accommodations, dining, and recreational amenities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Position Summary The Lead Bartender is responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service while supporting shift leadership and daily bar operations. This role ensures consistent execution of beverage standards, maintains inventory and cleanliness, and provides guidance to team members to ensure efficient and professional service.
