Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Insurance Capital Standard (ICS) reporting LeadActuary II! About the role The Enterprise Risk Management team is looking for an actuary to join the team! We are seeking an experienced Actuary to lead our Insurance Capital Standard (ICS) reporting function. As the ICS reporting lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing reporting, analysis, and process enhancements related to a group-wide capital regulatory requirement. You will play a key role in ensuring results are accurate and delivered in a timely manner and coordinating with other departments across the Company to accomplish reporting objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital frameworks, preferably including ICS requirements, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex results to stakeholders at all levels, including our Japanese parent company, Sumitomo Life. Compensation Salary Range:$128,700 - $214,600 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
