  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
  • TheTelecom Supervisoris a telecom operator that is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the telecom staff and communication systems toensure efficient, accurate, and professional service.
  • This roleoversees call routing, emergency communication procedures, operator and on-call scheduling, staff training, system performance, real-time coaching, and assist in candidate interviews.
  • The supervisor serves as a liaison between departments, supports troubleshooting efforts, monitors compliance with organization policies, and ensures uninterrupted communication services in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in telecom, switchboard operations, call center operations, or a related customer service environment.
  • 2+years ofsupervisoryor leadershipexperience.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital functions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good follow-throughskills,and the ability to multi-task ina fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Experience withstaff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience responding to emergency communication procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving experiencein healthcare, hospitality, or large organization.
