JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for managing the planning of the proper use of resources (crews, VOP rigs, materials, logistics) in order to meet the Service demand of our customers on time while meeting our business growth goals.

Key responsibilities for the role include ensuring operational stability for each region by defining operations master schedule based on Services load, rules, and resources constraints - optimizing mix and margin during loading process to achieve business financial goals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and schedule regional operations based on service load rules and available resources, including Field Service Technicians (FST), crews, VOP rigs, materials, and logistics constraints.
  • Monitor materials and service delivery against customer's committed dates, minimizing risks and execution barriers through crossfunctional and crossregional coordination.
  • Direct execution of operations control strategies to ensure compliance with business objectives (Pk, Demonstrated Capacity, CM/EU), and governance guidelines according to delegation of authority.
  • Evaluate planning and scheduling of new service requests by acting as the interface between Commercial, Factory, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure alignment between the service master schedule and factory delivery forecasts to consistently meet customer commitments and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a balanced regional job mix across all service categories-Installations, Supervisions, Life Cycle Management (LCM), and Factory Warranties-optimizing CM$ by region while maintaining service lead times to meet customer needs.
  • Plan and control key operational processes with defined compliance metrics for regional operations (crews, VOP rigs), material procurement and pointofuse delivery, and spare parts inventory.
  • Establish workload and loading standards that meet customer and business requirements through effective service slot planning and adherence to defined crew timeoff schemes.
  • Optimize operational capacity utilization by implementing regional loading plans that fully align with systemdefined business capacity.
  • Manage and control service operation cycles by service category to optimize resource utilization and monitor regional performance versus plan, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Define and enforce process policies to maintain proper controls over Delegation of Authority (DoA) and ERP data entry, ensuring system data accuracy.
  • Coordinate material procurement activities to support project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment at the point of use.
  • Implement and qualify new suppliers aligned with business requirements to strengthen material supply and support costreduction and marginimprovement initiatives.
  • Ensure an effective operations control process and operating cadence that supports project execution and sustains high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through standardization, Lean methodologies, and employeedriven improvement teams.
  • Manage data governance and reporting requirements to track team performance and provide clear, timely reporting to Business Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a demonstrated ability to apply and communicate business concepts.
