Are you passionate about helping others while driving results? TEKsystems is hiring an Inside Sales Agent for a client in Johnston! In this role, you'll be responsible for the sales and retention of individual dental, vision, and legal insurance products through both inbound and outbound calls. Description Daily Duties: * Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls. * Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance. * Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights * Provide support to small business sales and service team. * Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives. * Dependability in attendance and punctuality required. * Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role. * Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 6 months of related sales and/or marketing experience required, preferably in an inside sales center environment. Licensed in health and life insurance Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnston, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
