*Location*: Scranton, PA *Schedule*: Full-time | 100% Onsite *Hours*: Between 8:00am-6:00pm (typical shifts: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm) *Weekend Requirement*: 1-2 Saturdays/month (9:00am-1:00pm; flex day provided during the week) Overview We are seeking a professional and polished Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced contact center team in Scranton, PA. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience through consultative, solution-oriented interactions across multiple communication channels. Ideal candidates are sharp, personable, and thrive in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle high-volume inbound customer interactions via phone and digital channels * Respond to inquiries by reviewing account details and identifying appropriate solutions * Build rapport with customers through clear, professional, and empathetic communication * Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, or digital tools * Open, update, and maintain customer accounts with accurate data entry * Resolve product or service issues, including escalation when necessary * Document all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in internal systems * Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines * Collaborate with team members to meet service levels, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction metrics * Support a consistent, omni-channel customer experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment Work Environment Setting: 100% onsite in an open, energetic contact center Team Structure: Team Leads, Assistant Manager, and Call Center Manager with hands-on training ("at-the-elbow") Culture: Team-oriented, service-driven, and highly collaborative Pace: High-volume inbound calls with performance expectations around productivity, handle time, and accuracy Dress Code: Business casual/professional What Makes This Role Stand Out Strong emphasis on team culture and support Hands-on training with experienced staff Opportunity to build long-term customer service and call center skills Consistent schedule with weekday daytime hours Ideal for candidates who are professional, personable, and driven to provide excellent service *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Scranton, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
